IYC – PDP “PRORIV!”: “Russia is in our hearts!”

June, 12 Russians all over the world celebrate the greatest holiday in the country newest history  - Day of Russia. This holiday is close both to Russians, who live on the territory of Russian Federation, and who found themselves beyond the bounds of Russia, but remained faithful to its Big Fatherland. Transniestria has always been, is and will be the part of Russia. We are inseparably linked with Mother Russia by blood, historically, mentally, geopolitically and economically.

September, 17, 2006 97 % of Transniestrians wished to be in union with this great country by referendum voting and nothing can change this historic choice. Since the moment of its foundation IYC-PDP “PRORIV!” had declared about its pro-Russian orientation. Our movement had the honour to be the first in Russia’s Day scaled celebrations organization. Thus, June, 12, 2005 tens of cars with Russian flags went down Transniestrian capital streets. This first motor race was organized by “PRORIV!”, which had been established only 12 days before. Gradually Russia’s Day in Transniestria got more organized nature. Today ”PRORIV!” conducts powerful motor races, distribution of ribbons in the form of Russian flag and calendars with Russian state symbolism and motto: “We are Russia!”. Since 2007 the Day of Russian flag in Transniestria is also celebrated by “PRORIV!”. We are proud of fact that we succeeded in bestowing festive feeling upon Transniestrians during the days, when all Russian people celebrate key dates of its newest history. June, 1, 2008”PRORIV!” by tradition will conduct mass motor race with Russian flags in the capitl of Transniestria Tiraspol.

These days on the streets of almost all Transniestrian inhabited localities we’ll distribute calendars with Russian symbolism and ribbons in the form of Russian flag. We’re sure that if it’s required each Transniestrian will give Russia a vote of confidence. Russia is a country, which supports Transniestria on the international level, keeps peacemaking operation, furnishes a financial assistance to pensioners and budgetary persons, invests its money in our industrial complex development. But we are with Russia not only by these reasons. Our hearts and souls are with Russia. Our hope for the future is with Russia. Our congratulations to Russians and Transniestrians!
