Parliaments of South Ossetia and Abkhazia have received the status of constant observers

Today in Moscow took place the 34th session of parliament of the allied state of Russia and Belarus, where the decision on granting to parliaments of South Ossetia and Abkhazia the status of constant observers at parliamentary meeting of the allied state.
With corresponding statements in parliamentary meeting representatives of parliaments of Abkhazia and South Ossetia in advance were converted. The status of the constant observer will give the chance to representatives of the Caucasian republics to take part in sessions of the allied state and to act with reports.
