Dear Igor Nikolayevich!
The international Youth Corporation and People's democratic party «PRORIV!» have the honour to wish you happy birthday. Your course of life is an example for the present young generation of transniestrians. Overcoming one step for another, from being a worker who became the head of the large enterprise, from the director to the president of the country, you each time showed better qualities of human nature: will power, purposefulness, honesty, firmness, and frequently and heroism.
In 1990 you have incurred responsibility for destiny of the Transniestrian people, you headed the struggle against national-fascism of Moldova, and as a result it allowed creating Transniestrian Moldavian Republic. You have filled a phrase «For the right to live on this earth» with a new sense. You have acted as the patron of a historical heritage, traditions and spirituality of Transniestrian Region. You have shown to everyone, what can do the people ho can sacrifice their own lives in for sake of their children.
We, young transniestrians, are proud of that fact that our President is, first of all, the real Person, the Leader and the Politician from the capital letter!
We would like to wish you at this day to be healthier, to be of solid spirit and confident at victory. And let your treasured desire to become true, and the Transniestrian Moldavian Republic will obtain the international recognition.
