Today IYC "PRORIV!" has directed an application to the office of OSCE in Moldova with the request to provide the attendance of OSCE representatives at the judicial session which will take place on February 16, 2009. The subject of the session is the complain of IYC "PRORIV!" about the actions of V.Kostyrko, the head of the state administration of Tiraspol, who illegally refused to hold the meeting "Gas to Transniestria, Peace to Palestine!".
It did not take a lot of time to receive the answer. Philip Remler, the head of OSCE mission in Moldova declared that OSCE will observe the process. "We do not have our position on this case, however OSCE supports the right to hold unaggressive meetings as a sign of the protest, including the right to protest against us", - said Remler.
