This holiday «Day of Mother» was established by the President of the Russian Federation on January, 30th, 1998 and it is celebrated at the last Sunday of November, doing justice to parent work and their selfless victims for the sake of their children.
IYC-PDP "PRORIV!" would like to congratulate all mothers of Russia and all the children at this Mother's Day. From generation to generation mother is the main person and the main word in our life. Becoming a mother, woman finds herself to be decent, loving and careful. Thinking about the mother, we become kinder, throwing off the entire accumulated negative. So, let's think about our mothers more often.
