Yesterday, on November, 7th, during the press conference in Bruxelles Zhoze Manuel Barrozu, the head of Eurocommission , addressed to Poland and Lithuania with the offer to agree with necessity to continue the negotiations with Russia under the new base agreement.
"I wish to tell Polish and Lithuanian friends: it would be better for you to share the common position of Europe when it tells with Russia", - declared Barrozu. "Perhaps, it is not that you wanted on 100 %", - the head of Eurocommission marked.
