The festive events on the occasion of “PRORIV’s birthday!”, which took place on the 1st of June in
Tiraspol, appeared to be of larger scale than it had been expected.
They included a solemn conference of the activists of International Youth Corporation and People’s Democratic Party “PRORIV!”, presentation of the new T-shirt with Che Guevara and slogan “Join PRORIV!”, mass procession around the city and auto race.
The same events were held in all Pridnestrovian towns and districts but in less scale. It is important to notice that common Pridnestrovian people supported the young people. “PRORIV!” is really the most popular youth movement in our republic. Both public opinion polls and positive reaction of passersby during street actions to “PRORIV!” are the evidence of it.
